Frounder ships to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the United Kingdom — with free standard shipping on every order, to every destination we serve.
- Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Personalized pieces may take slightly longer, as each monogram is engraved to order.
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders to the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the UK. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.
- Import duties & taxes (US): We take care of any U.S. import duties — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Import duties & taxes (Canada, Mexico, Australia, UK): Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are shown at checkout where supported; otherwise they may be collected by your local customs authority on delivery.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
- Delivery timelines: Once an order has shipped, delivery times are estimates and may vary. Frounder is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.
